Just keep your footprints Recently I went to Sinharaja rainforest with some friends.  We went there in a van.  This is the forest Covers about 11,187 hectares.  It was declared a World Heritage Site in 1988.  

It's not This is the first natural resource earned in Sri Lanka Respectable difference.  We saw big trees, many species Animals, birds and insects.  Many of these are found only in this forest.

There were many foreign tourists at the time of our visit.  Like me, they will be amazed Some school children were disgusted to see how the natural beauty of the place was being destroyed.  Some of them Wrapped in biscuits and toffee and tossed to the floor.  Empty plastic bottles, cans and polythene The bags were scattered on the floor.  Others saw no fault in picking the plants Shrubs and plants.

  The Sinharaja Rainforest attracts hundreds of foreign tourists because of its vast diversity Trees, animals, birds and insects.  We need the foreign exchange we need for their travelsCountry.  

Another attraction is its spectacular beauty.I think teachers or other adults who go with school children are responsible for that

  Their bad behavior.  Children need to be taught to appreciate the unadulterated beauty of nature.  They

  We must learn to protect the natural environment, not harm.
