VALUE OF READING
It is a well known 'saying' that reading maketh a man. We are fortunate that many varieties of reading material are available to us. And these are often presented to us in different forms. There are periodicals that are available on different topics that may interest one. The most common reading material is the daily news paper, that is published everyday. By reading it one is constantly made aware of what is happening around yau. If you make it a point to read the news you will be knowledgeable about events happening anywhere and everywhere.
There are journals and magazines that deal with special topics. These will help to enlarge your knowledge adout anything that is of interest to you. Journals dealing with special subjects can help you to improve your knowledge about that subject and give you an insight into subjects that may be totally new to you. New information can be gained by reading scientific fiction or papers dealing with new discoveries providing knowledge.
One can also immerse oneself in fiction as there are various material available to suit all kinds of interests whether it be science fiction, romance, thrillers or detective to name a few. One can never value the wealth gained by reading.
